Popped up on a feed somewhere and the Google reviews were good. We called in as we were passing and were so glad we did! The service was friendly, the menu well presented, the food was very good and the price was right! I’d definitely recommend a visit to the Urban Coast Cafe. It’s relaxed, caring, friendly and a great place to eat!!

Visited Urban Coast Café for the first time yesterday and enjoyed their brunch. Food as well as hospitality and pricing was flawless. Darren and his team made us feel at home instantly. We will most certainly come back!

Nestled away The Urban Coast Cafe could be missed. Please take the trouble to find it. Small from the outside, but a very large terrace with views across the countryside. We have been twice in the last week and will hopefully be returning again soon. The food is a welcome change from the average menu. Well presented, fresh tasty food that is served by friendly helpful staff. A must for anyone wanting a change with that something special.

Fantastic food, drinks & hospitality ….We had the protein and the spicy bean burger. 2 patties on each burger fully loaded with salad cheese guacamole egg & sauces, all on a brioche bun. I can honestly say I’ve never had such a lovely burger. Comes with homemade coleslaw which was scrumptious and skin on fries. We just had to sample the cheesecake which was garnished with orange sauce & chocolate orange bits and served with cream..yum yum, washed down with a very pleasant white wine and a chocolate mocha coffee! All in all I can highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We always love a good afternoon tea, whether it's in the UK or abroad. We'll always try new places to get our fix once in a holiday if we see one advertised . The Urban Coast Café was lovely, friendly and helpful owners, and an afternoon tea that rivals some of the best that we've had, so much choice, so filling, and Scones that actually come with proper clotted cream (Rodda's) with enough to make it worth having. There was nothing in the afternoon tea not to like, normally there's the odd item that we'd like less, but these were all really nice, and everything was fresh and made by the owners, except the scones which were from a local baker, so still really good. They even did a tasty fruit salad with choocolate and cream in a waffle shell; they wait until you are ready for it before bringing it out. We actually had to take our scone, cream, and jam home, which was nice as we enjoyed it in the evening on our terrace. If you are pondering the idea of booking in then do. The price of €14.50 is a really fair price for everything. To the owners, all we can say is thank you for such lovely food, we will definitely be seeing you again next time we're here in Guardamar.

We had a Farmyard and a spicy bean burger today and afterwards, the cream topped doughnut! Fantastic vegetarian options - so much choice. Great location just off the beach at Santa Pola. A little gem of a place.
